Booking Conditions

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay 50% of the stay in advance. The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of arrival before check-in through a payment request with access to our virtual POS system.

To make a reservation at our accommodation, guests must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to deny admission to underage guests unless they are accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years or older.

Once availability has been confirmed and the type of accommodation has been selected, guests must indicate the check-in and check-out dates, as well as the number of guests. Afterwards, the advance payment must be made by credit/debit card or PayPal.

To book a Gift Voucher, guests must contact the accommodation directly in order to verify its authenticity and confirm the guest details.

Cancellation Policy

By making the reservation, the cancellation policy is considered accepted. Reservations may be cancelled at any time. In the event of cancellation, the following retention percentages will apply to the advance payment made:

• Date changes made within 7 days prior to the check-in date: no retention fee will apply.
• Cancellation made 15 days prior to check-in: no retention fee will apply and 100% of the advance payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation made within 7 days prior to check-in: 20% of the advance payment will be retained.
• Cancellation made within 3 days prior to check-in: the advance payment will not be refunded.
